Please check the dates and venues listed on your booking confirmation document. If there are any significant errors please contact me at kirsty@thewildefloral.com prior to completing this form.
If due to postponements etc you need a significant change to your original quotation please let me know below and if necessary I will arrange a suitable time to call you to discuss so I can send a new quotation.
TERMS & CONDITIONS *
1. THE AGREEMENT: It is mutually agreed that the following terms of this agreement form an integral part of this contract and that no variation or modification shall be effective unless accepted by both The Wilde and the couple in writing. 2. THE PLACING OF AN ORDER: This constitutes an order for wedding flowers by The Wilde. 3. BOOKING FEES AND REMAINING BALANCE: :A booking fee is required at the time of booking details can be found at the bottom of your quotation. Dates are reserved only when the invoiced booking fee is paid and this booking form is completed. The final fee of the remaining balance (total, price minus booking fee plus any hire deposits) is to be made 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. Wedding flowers will not be ordered/delivered without full payment. 4.CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT BY THE COUPLE: 4.1 Any cancellation or postponement must be confirmed in writing to The Wilde. 4.2 POSTPONEMENTS: if we are able to accommodate your postponed wedding date your booking will be transferred to the new date and no additional fees will be due. If the new date cannot be accommodated your booking will be classed as a cancellation. 4.3 CANCELLATION FOR ANY REASON EXCEPT THAT IN CLAUSE 4.4: Booking fees will not be refunded. Any cancellations made within three calendar months prior to the wedding date will incur a fee of 50% of the full outstanding amount after booking fee. It is recommended that the couple take out sufficient wedding insurance to cover the cancellation costs of The Wilde and all suppliers in the event that they have to cancel or postpone the wedding. 4.4 POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION REQUIRED BY GOVERNMENT LOCKDOWN DUE TO COVID 19 OR RESTRICTIONS ON GATHERINGS DUE TO COVID 19 MEANING YOUR WEDDING CANNOT LEGALLY TAKE PLACE: If it is possible to postpone your wedding to a new date we will transfer your booking to that date and no additional fees will be due. If we are booked for your new date we will refund the booking fee less a proportion to cover any work that may have already been undertaken, for example but not limited to consultations, venue visits etc. 5. CANCELLATION BY THE WILDE: If The Wilde has to cancel this contract for reason beyond their reasonable control, (death, injury, sickness etc.), The Wilde limit any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver flowers for any reason, to the return of all fees already paid. 6. LIABILITY: The Wilde is trained and experienced in working methods to ensure flowers are delivered in good condition and has practises in place to cover any flowers damaged during delivery/set up. However, in the unlikely possibility that flowers are damaged, lost or stolen prior to your event for reasons in or beyond our control liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of flowers supplied. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In the event of cancellation of this contract by either party, the liability of one party to the other shall be limited to the price. Neither party shall be liable to indirect or consequential loss. 8. INSURANCE: The Wilde holds public liability and personal indemnity insurance cover, if your venue requires a copy of this can be provided. 9. COPYRIGHT: The 1998 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act assigns copyright of all flowers and images thereof produced under this contract to The Wilde. 10. DISPLAY: It is agreed that The Wilde may display and use the photographs of your wedding flowers for advertising their services through online display, on their website, social media and competitions. 13. PRICES & SPECIFICATIONS: Prices quoted in writing by The Wilde are valid until the date of the wedding. In the event of postponement it is agreed that prices will be reviewed alongside market cost variations. In the event of a reduction to your original order it is agreed that any reduction over 30% of your original total amount is classed as your cancellation of the original order and a new booking must be agreed in writing and accepted by The Wilde. THIS CONTRACT IS ONLY VALID WHEN A FULL BOOKING FORM AND NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE IS RECEIVED. PLEASE TICK THE BOX BELOW TO CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. Privacy * In line with data protection law and GDPR regulations The Wilde will store your name and wedding details on a private internal database. These details will not be made available to companies or individuals outside The Wilde. Should you wish to have your details removed from our database, please advise in writing to kirsty@thewildefloral.com.
